OTACON giving out 5 rep, asking for rep in return; rep-for-rep

Call me a what you want, but I don't agree with rep-for-rep. Not only is it against the rules, it's unfair. I don't really care if the 5 rep he gave me is taken away. I didn't earn it fairly, and I'm not giving him back in return.
