Single Player Works - Samp not.

Well hello everybody, I've just bought a new laptop with a Windows8, I've installed GTA-SA on it aswell as SA-MP the thing is I've googled and googled figured the compatibility stuff, because it wasn't working at all after I've done the compatibility SA-MP starts when the Loading Screen appears SA-MP crashes (Not Responding), anyone knows how to fix this?
