This is not SA:RP, this is not GTA:RP, this will become GTA:SARP, which is not associated with either of the two role-play servers. Just note - This server has NOT been scripted yet, I am posting my idea here as it is an idea I am planning on creating sometime soon. Let me know what you think I should add/remove or edit.
GTA:SA-RP - You choose your San Andreas destiny .
Basically, it is simple, everything you seen when you were playing *Grand Theft Auto San Andreas* on your playstation, we bring it to life. Ballas, Vagos, Grove St. Families, Triads, Varios Los Aztecas, San Fierro Rifa, Da Nang Boys & The Mafia, all the gangs in the real game. You don't like it? too bad. With this given, there will be gangs, and businesses/corporations of which rise up, whether a man does it solo, and becomes a billionaire, that's their destiny. Whether that same man who has risen, buys out the Triads, becomes boss, owns car dealerships, businesses etc all around town, that is their destiny. There will be turf wars, drug runs, importing/exporting, racing, car drops, and many more other features that will be inserted over time.
The Gangs -
We will work out suitable locations in the Los Santos area for the destination of each permitted head quarters. Leaders will be assigned to each gang, if there is only Grove St. and Ballas in the server, then so be it. The other can come and will come in good time. They will be rolling' in suitable gang cars, in colors and rolling as one.
Turf Wars -
Turf wars will be very similar to how it was on GTA:SA, with gang members running in, in THREE waves, do assassinate and annihilate their opponents in order to claim their turf. This can only happen once per twenty-four hour period. Only one family can go in and attack the other family at one time, it will be kind of like "capture the flag" type game, except you need to catch it three times in one battle. We can work a system out where before you go in for the battle, you type /battle turf [turf number]. Then this send a signal to the leaders and members of the family in charge of that turf, giving them a two minute count down, to rush back and KILL the family and defend their turf before the /claim the turf. With /claim, there will be a five second count, then players will be moved OUTSIDE of the turf zone, with the same guns they were holding, and the same health. Another one minutes will count down, and that will allow the attacking family to go and heal, smoke weed, regroup, smoke crack or whatever else they need to do. Once the count down is done, the attacking family can run in and try claim again, if they all die, and do not succeed, they get one more try. It's basically best out of three attempts gets to keep the turf. The family with the most turfs by weeks end will be rewarded $250,000. All guns, crack and pot will be used under own personal will.
Gang Wars -
Twice a day, selected member(s) from each gang active will be capable of participating in gang wars. Where they will be capable of deciding who the strongest family is, the more wins per family has, the better it is for them at the end of each week. The family with the most wins by the end of each week will be rewarded $250,000. It will be an *ADMIN* run event, where they will select how many players participate (depending on amount of active players), and they will select weapons. I am thinking perhaps we could map these "slums" or different areas, and a bit like paintball, they will be taken to the arena, and the best out of fifteen rounds, wins. Guns, armor and health will be supplied to every participant.
Shipments -
With these shipments, families will have to be ready 24/7, as at any time, a shipment could come through, and you have to be ready to head out, grab the shipment, and then drop it off to the desired location for a $50,000 reward. You will be defending yourselves against either one or two opponent gangs, or even all. You will be capable of creating an alliance, but if you create an alliance, the money gained from doing the drop will be halves. So from a $50,000 drop, it will now become a $25,000 drop.
Imports & Exports -
A simular system as the shipments, you will see a message show up, and a marker on your map, you need to race to the marker, pick up the item, and defend yourselves until you drop the object to the import or export destination. Again, you can be rewarded $50,000 for this task, but if assisted by an ally, you will only receive half, $25,000.
Jobs -
You will have your basic jobs, mercenary, drug dealers, gun dealers, mechanics, bodyguards, lawyers etc. More will be announced as script is created.
Real Estate -
The real estate agency will be government owned, and all real estate agents will make 3% commission on their property sales. Different areas on the maps will be priced differently, meaning that up in the Vinewood hills, would clearly be a lot more expensive than the Ganton area. With this, people who buy houses, for investment can rent or sell their property out to other users. Of course, to advertise your property to sell, you will need to contact the real estate agency in order to complete such a deal. The real estate agent will collect his 3%, you will collect your money and this way the deals are made safely. The real estate agents will have their own billboards around town, and will have for sale signs outside of every single property for sale. The faction will also have it's very own faction chat and faction advertisement colors(Can /readv every 5 minutes to stop spam).
Law Enforcement Agencies -
I'm pretty sure everyone knows how they work, quite basic and original.
Prison system -
I haven't yet worked out a complete system, but in the prison, they will be put in lockdown, say for murder, they will get 10 years, which in game will become 20 minutes. In this time, with other cell mates or even prison guards, you will either be working out, or practicing boxing. Perhaps even other in-mates will execute you, or hospitalize you. You may even be thrown in the ring for a one on one boxing fight (/imfight [id]), where you can lose one minute off your time in the prison. If you get the opportunity to fight a prison guard(/guardfight [prisoners ID] because they simply do not like you, you can go three rounds with them, if you lose two out of three rounds, you have to stay in jail, but if you win the majority, you will be released in half the time that you have left in prison (/time).
Crew System -
Instead of having a /joingang command, and having the same gang chat and being totally un-related, you can start crews, which works very simular manor, you /createcrew, and from there you could be the "69 Street Crew" for example and still be apart of Grove Street or Ballas. We all have our own seperate group of friends outside of gangs, right? So it's simple, you can be in a gang and be apart of a crew which doesn't give you any colors or anything, just allows you to get into crew fights between other crews or even other members of your family need to sort some shit out, you /cfight [crew], and a member will /acceptcfight. you can see different crews via /crews and then you can see what members are online in each crew (/crews [id]). This way if your gang members aren't online and you need someone to roll with, you know you always have your crew.
