[FilterScript] Expires Licenses (New)

Below we will present a 100% created by me, you will find someone else and possibly because I helped a few people to do this. This system is that an admin (I did that only admins can give a license, you amended your good will, to the guy driving exam completion, registration, etc..) Can give a player license for 30 days (I you can change more). Time decreases even if the player is not online. To go system need to include the folder in ZCMD and scriptfiles called Licenses and Licenses folder another folder called Driving.
