Hello all. 510 155 24 year old active duty guy here. Tried the BUD/s route and it didnt work out, lost a lot of muscle mass/weight since then and kind of having some joint pain and mild tendonitis either in biceps or ankles. Slowly working my way back into the shape I was in a couple years ago. Here for the recovery rehab wisdom and just general overall training experience some of you older dudes have here.
