Mapping Won't Load Properly

Hey guys.. I've loaded a new map to my server, and some objects dont load until you get close to them.. All you can see is blue..
Here is a screenshot:




How do I make it so that they all load and you can see all the objects from far away?

(( I tried making it CreateDynamicObjectEx and it still doesn't work.. :/ ))

And its not working, not even giving me errors which it should, im connected on local host, everything else works quite as well, but not this, and when i go Show Source it displays the full php code to me and it should display only html

Ping problem

Hey everybody,

Since a good week in SAMP I'm experiencing lag IG and I notice whenever I start my samp, the ping is bouncing all over the place. From what used to be a ping around ~100 with difference off about 5 turned in a ping bouncing between 100 and 150. Also no matter which server I click on the picture always show a ping going insane, reaching differences of 100 in a matter of seconds. Now I checked with my ISP, nothing wrong there. My speedtest results show a steady ping and my internet connection is one of the best around in my country. This ping translates itself to server lag IG and therefor making it unplayable.

Summarizing:
Router reset plenty of times.
ISP is experiencing no issues.
My internet is stable, high speeds.
Nothing changed on my setup whilst playing.
I'm not using any mods.
This is not FPS lag, but internet lag.

Suggestions?

auto kick by login in PRRP GM

When I'll try to login to the panel control of the server, I just get kick from the server.
says "Server closed conaction" (Is the PR-RP gamemodes)
(I try to put new plugins but notinhg help's me.)

Hey..
I just updated my streamer plugin..
Then added my map and it said that MSVCP120.dll was missing..
I downloaded it and then It didn't give me that message anymore, however it gives me an error in server log..
