0.3z Servers

I am interested in learning on how to script. I managed to make mysql databases and connect servers with 0.3x but with the update to 0.3z no one else can join them and i'm not sure how to make them 0.3z so is there any downloadable scripts which are 0.3z. I love the no lag shoot update :)
