[FilterScript] Help cmd with dialogs

Today I made an FS.

It is very simple and can be changed easily.



I didn't test it, but it may be bug free.



You will need zcmd include to use this script

Features:

- /help command to show help menu

- 4 help categories (Can be incrased easily)

- A button to return to the help menu from the categories
