Massive drop of players

So i haven't change anything in my gamemod for like 7 days.Now server is working fine for like 10 hours,then ALL players LOOSE connection in a second(like gets banned),and when i restart server they can connect.



But the server log shows,that server didn't crash at all,it just DROPS all players on server IN 2 SECONDS(HOW???) and that server is working still.



Is it maybe due to ackslimit?

how the fuck in one second can all players drop?



But the wierd part,is that server then randomly loads and unlodas plugins,with no freaking reason,and he reloads again FS and stuff,even tho server is working.After 5 minutes player can connect (when i don't restart server) and then NO Commands are working,just maps and like default samp client.
