GTA not launching

My GTA is not launching.. SA-MP either Singleplayer.



I've tried to re-install, and run as administrator.



EDIT: 1) There's no gta_sa.set so no one say remove it.

2) there is no gta.exe in Task Manager > Processes Tab.
