BIGGEST PROBLEM IN VPSs!!!! [ HELP ME ]

my server is based on mysql and build on mysql so i must add the mysql.so plugin but when i add it , it fails to load giving an error of :

Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

I am not the VPS owner but the owners of the VPS had added everything releated to the codes or packages but it wasn't fixed so i need your help in fixing it as we are trying to fix it since 1 and half week.

By the way, we are using Centos 06 64bit and the mysql_static is not releated to this as i tried it but nothing was fixed !
