Is something like:
COPs and Robbers - You can choose be a COP to protect city and be a CRIMINAL and steal peoples/properties...
Gang War - You can create your faction or join a default gang to beginners
RPG - When you relog your stats is save... like: skins, weapons, position, health, armour... Get a job, be a civilian...

But there's not rules on server, everything is dynamic.
For example: If you want steal someone and this people want fight...
You can kill him and get him money on him corpse...

Admins punishes are automatic... (HACKS/RULEBREAK[like logout in fight])
