Error while opening Pawno

Yesterday I've installed Windows 10 and then when I try to open pawno from my gamemode this error comes out: "Unable to write to ...settings.ini", and it open. But there's another problem when I'm trying to open .pwn file to edit It's showing different error: "Cannot open file "". The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

Please help me.
