Lower Sound Volume when GTA is open

Hello,

I am currently running Windows 10 and seem to have a lower overall Windows sound volume(for things such as Google Chrome and so forth) when GTA is open. I currently use the following workaround for the black tab bug:

I have the Do Nothing setting enabled in the communications tab of the general sound settings dialog,

As soon as I close the game the volume within Google Chrome instantly gets louder, I've noticed it for a while now and am finally writing this thread in hope of resolving the issue.
