West Coast Roleplay.

Hello guys as you can see from the title "West Coast Roleplay" i'm trying to run this script.
I've downloaded most parts from internet but i'm not sure how to start the server.
As an old player of WC-RP i just want to explore some CMD's etc that's why i'm askin for help.
Also i've never thinked about scripting so that's why i make this topic i know that is a piece of cake for most of you but for me it isn't that easy + i've watched some tutorials over YT but i can't really manage to start it.

After watching some tutorials i've managed to learn that i have to compile the WC-RP.pwn file and put it into gamemodes than to download the server package by SAMP team but i'm not sure what to do with the other things.
Once again i'm sorry for this noob topic but i've never been into these things hope that you can help.
Your help will be appreciated.
