[WIP]ZexT Auto hotkey

ZexT Auto hotkey is a tool I've been designing for a little bit.
The name ZexT Stems from an alias I use to go by(Outside of SAMP)
Anyways, Current features:

* Ability to save / edit / reset the Hotkey text(s)

* Ability to enable / Disable hotkeys

* Enable a repeat time on Hotkeys(Miliseconds)
so if you're fishing you can have it repeat /fish every X seconds(Default is 0)
Every godfather script ever.

* Use of NUMPAD Keys
Ability to set your own keys will come in future versions.

* Usage of 20 different keys(NUM0-9 and 0-9)

* Ability to add more lines(Can also use 0-9 Standard keys)

Once all the coding is done, it'll be released to the public.
