Neon / Light Bug

Hi there..



sorry for my bad english.. iam from germany..



Since a few days.. no neon and no undercoverlight will be shown on my development server.. a notice is show "undercover light on".. all objects are attached.. but there's no light.. weather id 10 and night.. of course!.. but no light!



Anyone help?
