/rcon playertimeout [limit m/s] - Change the time in milliseconds until a player timeouts when not sending any packets.

I don't found in http://ift.tt/11P5Usn playertimeout. But if i don't add playertimeout in my server.cfg it'is still mean that this will be in server and value how write here (default 1000)
