Whirlpool not loading

Whirlpool plugin isn't loading..



That's my server cfg

plugins streamer.dll Whirlpool



And I extracted Whirlpool file into plugins file is that fine?



When I run server it says "Loading plugin:Whirlpool" under this it says "Failed" Why?
